At Valentino Garemi, we take pride in fast order processing and fulfillment. To maintain efficiency and fairness, the following cancellation and processing terms apply to all U.S. orders placed through our website www.valentinogaremi.com.
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing their order details before completing checkout, including:
Product selection (name, colour, size, quantity)
Shipping address accuracy
Payment details and billing information
⚠️ Orders placed in error, to incorrect addresses, or due to a change of mind will not qualify for cancellation or refund once processing begins.
Cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes of order placement.
Requests must be submitted by email to sales@valentinogaremi.com or by phone at 1-519-279-1380.
After 30 minutes — or once an order is marked “Processing” or “Fulfilled” — we cannot guarantee cancellation, modification, or refund.
If the order has already been shipped, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item.
Note: Unlike some U.S. “cooling-off period” laws, the Federal Trade Commission’s three-day cancellation rule does not apply to online retail purchases — it only applies to certain in-person sales (door-to-door, trade shows, etc.).
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Once processing begins, we cannot make changes to item selection, quantities, or shipping addresses.
Delivery times displayed during checkout are estimates only and depend on carrier performance.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other third parties are not valid grounds for order cancellation or refund.
Once a tracking number is issued, ownership of the shipment transfers to the customer (as per standard U.S. e-commerce practice).
All orders incur non-refundable merchant fees charged by Shopify, PayPal, or your credit card provider.
If a cancellation is approved before shipment, the transaction fees (usually 2.9% + $0.30) will be deducted from your refund.
Orders placed during special sales, with discount codes, or marked as “Final Sale” are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Pre-orders and back-ordered items cannot be cancelled once processed, as inventory is allocated immediately upon purchase.
To protect all customers and maintain platform integrity, Valentino Garemi reserves the right to:
Cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized payment;
Verify identity or billing information for high-value or suspicious transactions;
Block or refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly cancel, dispute, or misuse return rights.
If such a cancellation is initiated by us, we will refund the original payment method (minus non-refundable transaction fees).
Unjustified payment disputes or charge-backs filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension and legal review.
We always aim to resolve issues directly and fairly — please contact sales@valentinogaremi.com before filing any claim with your financial institution.
