Saphir's Brush Collection - part 1

The best way to fully enjoy the quality of the Saphir and Saphir Medaille D’Or products is to add a full line of Saphir brushes and polishing tools to your leather care kit. High quality, well made brushes designed to work with a variety of leathers are available online at Valentino Garemi. Here is a listing of the offerings we carry from Sahir and the products, leathers or other materials best served by them.

Saphir Crepe Brushes

The Crepe Brush designed by Saphir has a row of nylon bristles to sweep away loose dirt and get into seams. It also has ribbons of pleated crepe rubber that gently clean and remove stains from nubuck and suede. The key to effectively using this crepe brush is to rub carefully in short circular motions to pick up soil and grease. Brush against the grain to raise nap. This brush has a comfortable long handle.
Saphir also has a Crepe Wood Brush with the crepe embedded into a solid hand-sized handle of hardwood. This brush is easy to hold and works in the same way as the other but has a larger crepe area, helpful when working over boots or several pairs of shoes, clothing or furniture.

Saphir Polish And Wax Applicators

The Saphir Daubber Glass Jar - Applicator Brush and the Saphir Brush Pommadier are easy to use, flat brushes, perfectly sized to load polishes, creams and waxes from the Saphir and Medaille D’Or collections. The shorter, compact bristles fit well into the glass jars Saphir uses and the natural materials safely and thoroughly spread the cream, polish and wax, even into tight areas.
Very nice for keeping your hands clean when applying pigmented polishes, the premium grade Saphir Spatula Brush - Medaille D'or 1925 Collection and the everyday use Saphir Spreading Brush both have long hardwood handles and natural boar bristles. The bristles will not mar your leather but will work the product deeply into the shoe, boot or other item.
